Peter Cunningham is a Senior Executive with more than twenty years experience in the international pharmaceutical industry as a senior executive or consultant to Glaxo Smith Kline, Bristol Myers Squibb, Baxter, Becton Dickinson, Novartis & Roche, and, AXM Pharma Inc.. Mr. Cunningham’s consulting practice was established as an alliance with Coopers & Lybrand (Price Water House Coopers). Products Mr. Cunningham has launched, developed, or marketed worldwide generate annual revenue in excess of $ 800 million. Peter has a MBA from The George Washington University and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the State University of New York. Peter is the brother of Joseph Cunningham, a Director and our Chief Financial Officer.

Joseph Cunningham is an expert in financial management and banking. Mr. Cunningham is a trained economist and former think-tank practitioner. He is also an investment banker who has originated and executed deals valued at more than $ 5.0 billion while working in Singapore and London. Joe has an international MBA from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management, and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston Massachusetts. Joe is the brother of Peter Cunningham, our Chairman and our Chief Executive Officer.
